On February 9, 2017, the Ga Music Academy announced that pianist Josh Dejak was joining the ga community, but it was just a few days later that Dejack was confirmed as the new ga principal.
In an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Dejaka explained that he was “brought in to provide leadership and help the students succeed.”
Dejake said that he “got a lot of support from my teachers” and that he learned to play “very quickly.”
DeJak said that after a year, he “just couldn’t hold it in any longer.”
The ga career academy’s principal, Josh Dejoak, told CNN’s Carol Costello that he started out as a piano student, but then he started working with the students in the academy.
“I’ve never been one of those kids that thinks it’s their career,” he said.
“If you can do it, do it.”
Dejoaks role at the ga career program began on February 13.
He has been the academy’s director since February 10, when he was promoted to assistant principal, and he was also promoted to principal in April.
In a recent interview with the New York Times, Dejoaka said that “every single day is a learning experience.”
The Times reported that Dejoas role is to “teach, lead and support the students” and said that his goal is to make the ga program “the best it can be.”
Dejamak told CNN that he hopes that the ga education system can help young people “be themselves” and learn to “be happy, to have fun, to laugh, to be happy, just to feel like their best self.”
