Beauty school hires former model, actress to teach children

Cara Delevingne, who has starred in hits like “American Beauty,” is joining a new beauty school as a consultant, according to her rep.

“The new Cara is a passionate advocate for beauty and wants to empower kids to grow and be more confident in their appearance,” the rep said in a statement.

“She is excited to learn about all of the great opportunities we have in this industry and share her vision for how beauty can be shared and supported.”

Delevingan, who is now 39, starred on the NBC reality series “America’s Next Top Model” in 2015 and 2016 before heading to “American Idol.”

She was recently in the news for posting on Instagram that she was dating former “American Ninja Warrior” star and model Alex Obert.

She has a baby daughter, Zayne, and a stepson, Josh. 

In the meantime, Delevingen is busy promoting her new film “Baby Daddy,” in which she plays a young mother struggling to balance the demands of raising a child with her busy career as an actress.

The movie is currently shooting in Australia.
