The Eagles will begin training camp on Tuesday with a scrimmage, with the team aiming to get its first training-camp roster under wraps by Wednesday.
There are plenty of players who will be available for a roster spot, including running back Wendell Smallwood (ankle) and tight end Josh Huff (knee).
Rookie tight end Evan Engram (quadriceps) is also listed as questionable.
The team is also expected to re-sign wide receiver Michael Floyd (shoulder) and wide receiver DeSean Jackson (concussion) on Monday.
Engram, Floyd and Jackson will join other free agents who have been waived or released.
Rookie wide receiver Kenny Britt (hamstring) and safety Malcolm Jenkins (knees) have been signed to new contracts.
The Eagles have the No. 2 overall pick in the draft, but it is unclear if they will select Alabama cornerback Jalen Mills or Florida State safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix.
